Everything a scoring run needs beyond the input file itself.

Grouped rather than passed one at a time: these travel together through every entry point here, and a function taking eight positional values is easy to call wrongly.

sym: SymParams

stage: Stage

chunk_scores: usize

Scores produced per chunk, which is how the memory budget is applied.

batch: usize

Chunks scored at once, normally the worker count.

window_bases: usize

Bases held at once when reading through an index.
